About the Artist
 
Enrico G Lauranzano
 
In May of 1923 Enrico was born on West Dane Street in Beverly, Ma. He graduated from the Beverly High School, where he was a member of the Beverly High football team. After graduation from high school he served in the armed forces during World War II.
 
In 1947 Enrico began his art studies at the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts. In 1949 he continued his art studies at the Vesper George School of Art in Boston graduating in 1952. He was unable to pursue his love of the arts at that time and established a career in the high tech industry.
 
He retired from Honeywell Inc. Lexington Ma.
 
Upon his retirement he renewed his interest in the arts by enrolling in courses at Riviera College in Nashua NH. While attending classes at Riviera Enrico studied under two well known New Hampshire artists.
 
In 1998 he attended a Claudia Nice workshop and adopted the pen and ink with water color technique of Ms Claudia Nice and has been working with this technique with fortuitous results ever since.
 
He presently lives with his wife Donna in Amherst, NH where he maintains a studio.
